What would you do as our Strategic Purchaser
You would be responsible for Indirect Materials and work closely with internal functions such as IT, HR, Facility Management, and Production, as well as sourcing teams within EMEIA. This role offers potential for expansion within a Nordic organizational context.
You would also:
+ Play an integral role in the development and implementation of processes and policies.
+ Ensure the organization has up-to-date agreements on indirect materials and services.
+ Lead supplier negotiations and contract management.
+ Develop strategic action plans to drive cost savings by category and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports.
+ Take the next step in the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including system landscape management.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
+ Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Has 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Is proficient in a Scandinavian language (or currently studying it) and fluency in English.
+ Has strong expertise in purchasing tools and practices, with experience in a similar position, possibly at the managerial level or with aspirations for management.
+ Is hands-on and equally enjoys the varied nature of indirect spend—whether that’s providing daily support to internal teams or driving long-term strategic improvements.
Ideally, you are highly organized, manage tasks and administration independently, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work. You are analytical and have strategic mindset, combined with a passion for business and obtains excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
