About the Role:
As a Strategic Relationships Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic revenue goals. Additionally, you will participate in partner conferences and industry events, both in-person and virtual.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts.Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team.Understand the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.Requirements:
Experience in business development and relationship management in B2B, corporate, or professional services sectors.Ability to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.Strong communication skills, including presentations and negotiations.Ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.Ability to create, share, and maintain reporting metrics (sales, pipeline, leads).Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problemsWorking for you:
