Strategic Resource Associate (SRA), Retirement & Private Wealth
The Strategic Resource Associate (SRA) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales and client service culture. The SRA will support the HUB Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) sales team through marketing efforts while helping generate new business and impact client retention. This person will be critical in operationalizing and scaling RPW sales practices leveraging technology for lead generation, reporting, analysis, and presentations across all HUB regions. The SRA is key to supporting Advisors and Management achieve their goals. You will be led by the RPW Chief Sales Officer, Director of Sales Operations, and Business Development team. This position offers tremendous growth potential for strong performers who are eager to learn and take on new responsibilities as the Business Development team expands and the individual engages directly with advisors, producers, and leaders across the organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Sales Support & Administration + Assist RPW Business Development team in engaging HUB regional Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty teams with Retirement & Private Wealth + Generate and validate prospect lists sourced within existing HUB clients + Provide database and CRM support for sales members. Enforce continued use of HUB’s CRM system to all advisors within RPW + Communicate with regional leadership, SRMs, account managers, producers, and advisors + Analyze client data to determine key opportunities for further HUB business + Coordinate regional events and support industry conference attendance for home office team + Support marketing and communications efforts such as recurring newsletters, webinar promotions, conferences/events, advisor award nominations and recognitions + Prepare and editing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, sell sheets, etc. **QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)** + **Preferred Qualifications** + Financial Service Knowledge, specifically 401(k) & Wealth Management + Some knowledge of Insurance and/or Employee Benefits + Experience utilizing a CRM system + **Required Skills** + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work well with others, leverage effective emotional intelligence, proactively anticipate and develop solutions, and work collaboratively with multiple teams + Self-motivated, able to organize and prioritize tasks + High level of comfort leveraging Microsoft Office, specifically Excel + Proven experience working in a fast paced and quickly evolving work environment + Detail Oriented, Quick Learner, Problem Solver The expected pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
