In the role of Strategic Revenue Manager you will be responsible for optimizing value creation for the Vet ecosystem through managing SRM activities for Vet in-clinic business. This includes portfolio (product size/packaging), customer mix, route-to-market mix, pricing, promotions, trade, sales force efficiency, vet rewards, etc. Be the S&OP Champion for the Vet BU. This role aims at building a sustainable business for the future, support the 2025 ambitions and developing SRM capabilities within the organization.

This role will support the Vet Business Unit and will work closely with the Veterinary Leadership Team. Interaction and collaboration with sales functions and finance are critical.

What are we looking for?

BA/BS degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics6 years of related experience (Finance, Data and SRM)CPG experience preferredProven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, work collaboratively at all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and modeling skills in ExcelExcellent attention to detail and proven ability to build simple, impactful dashboards/productsExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar BI platformsEffective at making actionable recommendationsExcellent organizational skills

What will be your key responsibilities

Analyze and propose opportunities to Increase NSV/T, MAC, and Earnings through portfolio and Customer mixSupport Sales team in managing Trade expendituresPropose price Increase / pricelist structure following business strategy, financial requests and external environment across all US business unitsSupport analysis of ad hoc transformational projectsPropose Vet Incentive model and initiatives to Increase sustainably advocacy and recommendation. For example, calculate ROI on clinics trainingEncourage development of subscription model through highlighting value created by IVOs for the clinicsPartner with other SRM roles to bring consistency and raise SRM capabilities in the organizationChampioning the S&OP process for the Business Unit, managing the cadence of the meeting and ensuring that full process Is followed In the Vet BUActing in a chief of staff capacity for the Vet Leadership Team by supporting their periodic planning and business review meetings, and driving the leadership team agenda

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
