Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is the beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution arm of PepsiCo in the U.S. and Canada. This role is part of the North America Beverage organization. Responsibilities As a Strategic Sales Manager – Food Service Partnerships, you will execute PepsiCo’s sales strategy within assigned restaurant accounts. You’ll lead initiatives that build strong customer relationships, maximize brand impact, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: Maximize sales and revenue in assigned food service accounts through fact-based selling techniques. Manage and renew contracts with customers, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with internal goals. Develop customer partnerships by aligning on quarterly plans, tactics, and regular updates with both customers and internal leadership teams. Activate local and national promotions to enhance brand presence and boost sales. Ensure contract compliance by partnering with customers to meet all PBNA requirements. Collaborate with Selling Operations to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Analyze market trends and business data using IRI and Nielsen tools to uncover growth opportunities. Monitor the financial impact of your decisions on PepsiCo and bottler P&L performance. Deliver business reviews to customers and PepsiCo leadership on a regular basis. Drive product growth across various formats, including fountain, bottles, and cans. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $85,200 - $142,650, based on location, skills, and experience. Your recruiter will provide more details during the hiring process. Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus with a target of 15% of base salary. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data from IRI or Nielsen. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to lift up to 40 lbs periodically. Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required.
