**Job Description:** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **:** + **Supplier Management** + Negotiate Supplier pricing and monitor supplier performance (Quality, OTD, Price, etc.) + Manage risk mitigation. + Partner with Quality and Materials Manager to drive quality and OTD continuous improvement. + **Sourcing Analytics + Reporting** + Information Resource – Must provide stakeholders with relevant and timely market trends and analyses such as commodity and currency trends. + Forecasts price trends and their impact on current and future price. + Analytical skills – gather and dig deeply into data to identify issues and interpret data into actionable steps that produce creative and effective solutions. **Position Skills and Experience Requirements** **:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Build relationships and become an influencer in strategic decisions are critical to this position. + Strong negotiation skills are essential in this role. + Technical Skills – An understanding of manufacturing practices and the ability to understand product specifications and features are essential for success in this position. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across different business units. + Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment. + Uses personal influence skills rather than position power to persuade others and gain support. + Good command of English, both written and oral for effective communication with other ITW units and business leaders. + Sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of simultaneous projects. + U.S. Citizenship required. + Able and willing to Travel up to 15%. **Compensation Information:** 75k-85k
