The Strategy Sourcing Category Management team focuses on delivering value-driven sourcing and procurement solutions to support Marketing and Facilities, and Corporate Real Estate categories. We strive to enhance operational efficiency, foster supplier partnerships, and deliver impactful results for the organization.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Strategic Sourcing and Category Management team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement strategies, vendor management, and category analysis while working with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
1. Category Analysis & Market Research
• Conduct spend analysis for key categories such as marketing services, facilities management, and promotional goods.
• Research market trends, benchmarking, and supplier capabilities to inform category strategies.
2. Strategic Sourcing Support
• Assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including developing requirements, evaluating supplier responses, and supporting negotiations.
• Help consolidate supplier bases and recommend opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
3. Supplier Management
• Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Support contract reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Project Management & Reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and outcomes.
• Prepare clear and concise reporting on sourcing initiatives and their impact.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
