Our Strategic Sourcing team is looking for a Supplier Management intern to start in January 2025. We are looking for someone who can work part-time (up to 20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (up to 40 hours/week) during the summer and school breaks. The internship will be hybrid based out of the Cincinnati, OH office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Administers the day-to-day functions of Supplier Management activities.
Assist with various supplier management projects, such as supplier performance reviews and risk assessments.
Provide administrative support, such as data entry, report generation, performance review summaries, risk assessments and document management in Workday Strategic Sourcing.
Learn about supplier management (supplier performance and risk management) to be able to support the team.
Learn Workday Strategic Sourcing system functions and be able to provide direction on these to the Strategic Sourcing Team and other stakeholders.
Research into and recommend system and process improvements and assist in the implementation of solutions. Assist in the research of other Workday Finance and Workday Strategic Sourcing tools that we are looking to implement now or in the future.
Develop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient operations.
Participate in note taking of meetings for later distribution as well as downloading and organizing key meeting recordings on the Teams Channel site in the appropriate folders.
Assists in automating processes and reducing resource requirements for Supplier management activities.
Understand, analyze and support improving supplier management reporting tools.
Support developing and tracking key metrics to generate necessary reports.
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts or a related field.
Ability to start early 2025. We are looking for someone who can work part-time (up to 20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (up to 40 hours/week) during the summer and school breaks.
Prior experience with procurement related tasks not required, but a plus.
