**Summary:** In this role, you will be working with a team of talented professionals in solving supply chain challenges, building strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiating commercial aspects and enabling new products for successful manufacturing scale in a fast paced environment. **Required Skills:** Strategic Sourcing Manager, Camera and sensing Responsibilities: 1. Develop sourcing strategy ensuring suppliers are capable of meeting Meta’s current and future technical and business requirements 2. Negotiate purchase agreement, contracts, and SOW with suppliers to establish best-in-class pricing, flexibility, quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms 3. Partner with cross functional teams to enable the supplier selection process and component qualification 4. Drive early engagement activities to ensure our suppliers are proactively providing input into new product designs and future product roadmaps 5. Drive forecasting and commodity supply management at supply chain partners through the product life cycle 6. Demonstrate site leadership by organizing internal and supplier resources onsite and leading the daily supplier sync meetings 7. Manage strategic and business relationship with suppliers partnering with US functional SSM leads and be the primary focal point for escalation of major issues onsite 8. Collaborate on value engineering activities onsite with cross functional teams to enable cost reductions at suppliers 9. Formulate contingency plans to de-risk supply challenges, long lead times, single source situations, and any supply gaps 10. Work closely with US functional leads in supporting aggressive should cost initiatives and validating costs at suppliers as required 11. Continually benchmark the industry to monitor technology trends and ensure best practices are incorporated into the Meta supply chain **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations and/or business 13. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, operations and or business-related positions 14. Extensive knowledge and experience in consumer electronic components supply chain and cost structure 15. Experience and knowledge working with suppliers in the Optics, Cameras, Camera sub- components, Projectors 16. Experience in supplier evaluation/selection, should cost models, contract negotiation and supply base management 17. Experience in enabling trusting relationships with engineering, product management, cross functional teams and supply chain partners to manage trade off and drive supply at the sites **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 18. Master’s degree in engineering, business or technical discipline 19. Experience managing factory ramps and strategic supplier relationships 20.
