Summary Hybrid in Springfield, IL The Strategic Sourcing Program Manager: Labs and Radiology is responsible for developing and enhancing group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts. Leads strategic sourcing events involving key stakeholders and suppliers in the process, managing the project to completion. Interacts with internal and external customers to facilitate end-user satisfaction, ensures outstanding supplier performance, and takes action to resolve any contract or supplier related issues. Qualifications Education Qualifications Bachelor’s in business, supply chain or related field is required. Master’s degree in business, health care administration, nursing, supply chain or a related field is preferred. Experience Qualifications 5 years supply chain contracting, strategic sourcing or related experience is required. 5 years of healthcare experience is required. 3 years of progressive leadership experience is required. Experience with GPO programs and processes within healthcare is preferred.
