Take overall responsibility for the company’s end to end strategic sourcing of products, services with appropriate suppliers essentially for increase operational efficiency and profitability for both Plants & APS-Cluster. Individual focus on packaging line downstream equipment and site related services Cross-functional management with representative in each country for their requirement and Project Engineering, Field Service Engineers to collect inquiry & improvement list for defined solutions and collaboration with suppliers. To lead, supervise and monitor team members to deliver high performance. To ensure Procurement Directive is fully complied by team members and other stakeholders. Participate in establishing short-term and long-range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals. Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions. Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives. To ensure the suppliers evaluation report, suppliers performance report is updated as given in vendor evaluation procedure.  Maintain and develop supplier relationships and networking with other companies. To review and analyze the purchase prices report and market intelligence to ensure the report is up-to-date. Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety. Other tasks as assigned by superior.
