The Position

Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-term)

We work in a diverse, international environment where you'll partner with stakeholders across regions, leveraging insights and strategies to support varied talent needs.  Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of Roche Pharma, Diagnostics, and Informatics, aligning with our broader organizational goals. While the role operates globally, much of your expertise will be dedicated to recruiting top-tier talent in Poland.

The opportunity

 A professional & consultative position that partners with the business across the globe regarding all talent acquisition aspects including talent sourcing, selection, and hiring. 

Provide broad, holistic & customized talent acquisition strategy/solution, pipelining, branding, talent selection, candidate experience, sourcing, develop offer details and handle negotiations.

Able to drive end-to-end global standardized recruiting process, diligent user and expert of applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn. 

P&C Cross Chapter collaboration and building strong relationships across divisions.

Understand different assessment methodologies and consult with the business about the most appropriate ones. 

Stay informed about emerging recruitment trends to continually improve your ability to attract and hire top talent.


 

 Who you are

Relevant recruitment experience

Proficiency in Polish and English

Stakeholder management including strong communication, influencing and partnering skills 

Technical capabilities including sourcing tools and ATS  system management (Workday Recruiting preferred)

Agile mindset: proactive, ability to work in a matrix environment, flexibility to move and support functions/capabilities as needed. 

Change management champion. 

Ability to proactively source talent/candidates. 

You are willing to work from the office at least 8 days per month.
