Join Philips as a Strategic Test Architect for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems and play a key role in defining and managing the test strategy, automation framework, and regulatory compliance for our X-ray system modality. You will collaborate with system architects, project architects, and development cluster managers to drive best practices in system verification and testing methodologies. Your leadership and expertise will help shape the future of medical imaging technology, ensuring high product quality and compliance with industry standards.
As part of the highly skilled Verification and Release team, you will be responsible for test strategy development, automation framework design, and process optimization. You will work closely with system architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams across global Philips locations in China, India and the Netherlands, influencing product development by ensuring robust test architectures. Your contributions will directly impact manufacturing, service domains, and customer experience, helping optimize test strategies across the entire product lifecycle.

You're the right fit if:
You hold an M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and have at least 6 years of experience in complex system test and verification.
You have significant experience in test automation, strong knowledge of test processes, strategies, regulatory standards, and expertise in test design, risk analysis, and methodologies.
You have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, a quality-driven mindset, and experience in a multi-site development/testing environment.
You possess advanced-level ISEB/ISTQB certification and have hands-on experience with various test tools and technologies.
