International's Service Solutions Group has a great opportunity for a Strategic Transformation Program Leader to join our team!

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary leader to drive one of our most critical corporate initiatives: transforming our organization toward a solutions-driven business model. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment and execution of our services portfolio with the overall corporate strategy, enabling long-term growth and customer value creation. The ideal candidate will act as a key agent of change, collaborating across all levels of the organization to address challenges and ensure the successful realization of this transformative journey.

 

The position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. and reports into the Vice President & Head of Customer Solutions.

Responsibilities Drive alignment across the services portfolio, ensuring interdependencies and critical milestones are met to support the company’s strategic objectives.Ensure the services portfolio remains in sync with overarching corporate strategies, enabling a seamless transition to a solutions-oriented business model.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address deviations or conflicts in program execution paths, acting as a central point of coordination and resolution.Lead a high-performing team responsible for managing program timelines, ensuring they align with overall portfolio needs and deliver measurable impact.Proactively communicate issues or deviations to senior leadership to raise awareness and secure necessary support for resolution.Serve as a strategic representative of the Program Management Office, balancing time, cost, and quality considerations to deliver results aligned with corporate priorities. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 15 years of project/program management experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience

Master’s degreeAt least 12 years of project/program management experienceAt least 2 years of lead experience
