Strategic Venues and Event Services - Front House Team
The Front of House Team encompasses multiple positions including Usher and House Manager.
These positions operate on a flexibly scheduled basis for events hosted at Belmont University in the Curb Event Center arena, Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, and other event spaces across campus.

The Usher position assists in crowd management for events through duties included, but not limited to, ticket taking, assisting patrons in seating area, controlling access to events based on a credential system, getting guests to safety in emergency situations, acting as a general customer service representative, and helping to ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience while attending each event.

The House Manager position is a student leadership position supervising both student and external Ushers in crowd management for events.  Previous experience working as a student Usher for a minimum of one year is preferred (but not required).
