Our Raytheon Enterprise Planning and International group is looking for a Strategist to join our team. In this role you will be partnering with key stakeholders across Raytheon to drive robust annual enterprise planning process to drive financial outcomes consistent with strategic objectives and align priorities and strategies of international operations to enable Raytheon / RTX success. 

This Onsite position will be in one of the following Raytheon locations: Woburn, MA; McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; Farmington, CT or Arlington, VA. 

Some travel may be required – domestic and international – to other RTX and target company sites.

What You Will Do

Facilitate long-range business planning activities by driving alignment of priorities, goals, strategies, and actions across the business.Manage company-wide strategic and financial reviews and corporate business reviews.Evaluate strengths and opportunities of Raytheon portfolio of businesses and deliver strategic insights.Facilitate company-wide investment and resource allocation decisions.Clarify and drive alignment of priorities, strategies, and operating models for Raytheon international businesses and operations.Support discrete RTX, Raytheon, SBU, and/or functional strategy studies.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.  Experience in corporate strategy, business consulting or project management.Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and research (ex. sensitivity analysis, business case development, portfolio analysis, market assessments).Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.  Ability to synthesize data into compelling storyThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Advance degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, Science or Mathematics.Experience in strategy development and/or strategic planning at a corporation or a consulting firm.Experience with organizational agility to work seamlessly across a matrixed organization.Experience with business and financial acumen to include financial modeling / analysis.Experience in international business development and/or operations.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Power BI a plus.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of senior leadership within the organization.Strong problem-solving skills and facility with strategic toolkit.Creative, accountable professional with results-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
