Job Summary
This position will support the coordination, tracking, and deliverables for more than one hundred external foundation grants at Atrium Health Foundation. Responsible for extensive grant tracking and documentation, Excel and database grant management, and collaborative work to ensure compliance through timely grant closeout. Work cross-functionally to meet grant requirements while also engaging in research, proposal writing assistance, and additional grant-related functions.
Essential Functions
Monitor, track, document and maintain all externally funded grants utilizing the Foundation's Grant Tracker. Communicate with project teams on reports and spending in regular intervals prior to deliverable deadlines. Ensure compliance with grant contract requirements including working with the communication team on grant/funder recognition. Maintain accurate records of all grant-related correspondence and documentation. Enter grant data into multiple sources including Huron, Raiser's Edge, Grantmaking, and Excel. Work with the finance project manager on Huron entry, and processing and documenting grant extensions. Manage the post-award grants process through completion. Research funding opportunities and/or specific research evidence needed for grant proposals, and other proposal assistance as needed. Identify grant process optimization strategies and work with leadership on ongoing best practices. Work in collaboration with Atrium Health and Atrium Health Foundation leadership to support grant and donor strategy.What We are Looking For

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public relations, public health, human service-related communications, or marketing, business, or public policy.
3 years of experience required in community relations, non-profit management, corporate giving, or corporate responsibility. Familiarity with corporate social responsibility programs, community organizations, programs, and nonprofit groups.
