Data Maturity Index and Project Management
Market Research and Synergy Exploration with Tech Startups
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging tech startups that align with the BDO’s strategic direction. Assess and propose potential partnerships and synergies between the BDO and promising startups to foster innovation and growth.Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of branding principles, especially in a technology or digital context. Project Management: Proficient in managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders. Market Research: Skilled in researching technology trends, with the ability to evaluate startup viability and partnership potential. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with leadership and stakeholders.Preferred Skills:

Lead the development and management of the Data Maturity Index to measure and track data capabilities across the organization.Drive project management activities to ensure the successful execution of key data and digital transformation initiatives, with regular updates to stakeholders. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to enhance the visibility and brand reputation of the BDO within the organization and in external forums.
Collaborate with the corporate communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Qualifications
Education: Postgraduate degree in Management, Strategy, or a related field. Preference – MBA or equivalent Management Post Grad from Top B-School (IIM, IMT, ISB etc) Experience: Proven experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or a similar role.
