The Home Health Cost Management Strategy Advancement Advisor will be a critical leader in delivering operational excellence at CWHH, responsible for operational cost containment and value opportunity identification within major OpEx and vendor spend categories. The Cost Management Lead will partner with CWHH business leaders to surface efficiency opportunities and make data-driven decisions on OpEx spend to ensure spend is aligned to quantifiable business value.
The Home Health Cost Management Strategy Advancement Advisor will be responsible for:
Strategic initiative oversight and execution: Develop comprehensive strategic plans and execute them with a minimum-viable-product mentality and bias for progress over perfection.
Operational Excellence: Analyze current cost categories, perform total cost of ownership assessment - identify areas for improvement and establish solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration. Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define opportunities, present findings, build cross-organizational alignment, and implement strategic initiatives.
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to support strategy development and decision making.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work
Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Experience leading strategic initiatives related to clinical care delivery
Experience in operations / strategic sourcing or finance roles
Skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
Able to author and present materials for Management Team / CEO-level audiences with limited guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs, with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results
