As a Strategy Consultant, you will provide comprehensive analytical, marketing research and strategy support to our US Personal Lines division. How you'll make an impact Access, verify, and organize market trend, competitive intelligence, and sales data Responsible for framing problems, defining requirements for analysis, and assessing potential business impact Ensure data integrity with keen attention to detail Recommend appropriate courses of action based on research findings Lead key strategy projects and work cross functionally across Gallagher Develop and present leadership communication to explain findings and recommendations Participate in senior leader discussions and business planning sessions Assist with Carrier management, revenue analysis to find opportunities, and build projections to maximize opportunities May coach less experienced Market Research Analysts Potential to participate in merger and acquisition due diligence About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
