The team you will be part of

Is Regional Operations, a department within Global operations managing order execution across all three product divisions in GN. We are approx. 850 employees world-wide consisting of order management, regional planning and customer service.

 

In your role as the new Strategy and Excellence Assistant, you will support the management team in advancing the strategic agenda and contribute to communication and collaboration across our department's functional areas. You will play a pivotal role in enabling us to accomplish our strategic goal of merging organizations across what is today two independent business units.

 

Your direct report will be Head of Strategy and Excellence, Katrine Bak Lodahl.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Plan, prepare, and help facilitate management meetings, workshops, and off-sites and follow-up on actions in between these sessionsProvide administrative support to the VP of Regional Operations. This includes calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc.Prepare monthly reporting on key performance indicators to be communicated to senior leaders in the organizationConducting communication material including PowerPoint presentations, etc.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

have some years of business experience from a support role, Personal Assistant or Analyst role in a larger companyHave a relevant degree within Business Administration, office-education or similarAre fluent in written and spoken EnglishHave proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook and PowerPoint)Are organized and pay close attention to detailsCan collaborate in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels

If you also have experience from Operations and Supply Chain and a bit of technical flair, this would be highly beneficial.
