The EPEO Strategy, Financial & Supplier Management department serves a central role within EPEO whose focus is to orchestrate EPEO-wide strategic initiatives, provide financial business intelligence and drive financial operational improvements. The team is accountable for administering EPEO’s multi-year sourcing strategies, overseeing EPEO’s global budget and providing costs transparency to the rest of the Ford Enterprise on their infrastructure consumption costs.
EPEO's Sourcing Strategy is an initiative to transform and invest in its technology talent to accelerate Ford's transformation into a software focused (products and platform), customer-obsessed company and to effectively structure its services and products to meet availability, reliability, and performance goals while reducing risk, technical debt and improving overall cost profile.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of project management experience on medium to large scale projects 1+ years working with internal and/or external clients, gathering and translating requirements to different areas of the business including technical teams, senior leadership, finance, purchasing teams, etc. 2+ year working within an Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization Strong verbal and writing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior/executive leadership and collaborate among cross-functionally teams Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools (e.g. Jira) Excellent time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of MS Office productivity tools Working knowledge of common financial management processes and practices, including OpEx vs CapEx, amortization/depreciation, infrastructure leases, etc. Enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to learn quickly, approach work with a positive, can-do attitude and adapt to shifting priorities
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of EPEO’s organization and services Experience in vendor management, including experience in executing RFP/RFQs Experience with data analytical tools (e.g Alteryx, QlikSense) Experience in organization change management, including an understanding of gaining buy-in and employee engagement

The position will primarily manage and drive EPEO’s Sourcing Strategy projects and associated workstreams. In addition, the position will collaborate with other team members as well as key partner teams (ex. Finance, Enterprise Tech Business Office) to identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes and cost transparency initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:
Set up and maintain Jira projects, including the creation of critical milestone plans, program dashboards and proactively manage issues and risks Coordinate with regional business office teams to gather sourcing updates and perform analyses to identify gaps to objectives Oversee sourcing change requests and coordinate management approvals Create monthly status reports, update monthly Bowler metrics, and facilitate governance meetings as required Collaborate with Service Owners, Finance and ET Business Office teams to identify opportunities to drive process simplification and automation within financial operations Partner with Supply Chain teams to identify supplier rationalization opportunities Assist Cost Transparency team with implementation plans as required Coordinate ad-hoc assignments driven by the ET Business Office
