Job Description

•Determine the sub-region/country roadmap of the PRO ecosystem in collaboration with the regional go-to-market-lead

•Drive user reach of the PRO ecosystem, Promote REM (Recruit, Engage and Monetize) elements and adoption of its digital offerings

•Support rollouts of PRO ecosystem, digital offerings, PRO services in respective locations incl. adaption where required 

•Engage with global team for strategy support and portfolio task

•Collaborate with internal and external partners for operation excellence and handle tasks including marketing, compliance/legal check, agency management, UAT, back-office operation and new pilots

•Identify and collect user feedbacks/market insights for product, UI/UX and process optimization

Qualifications

•University degree in information science, software engineering, business administration, marketing or comparable qualification

•4+ years of experience in marketing, managing digital offerings, sw development and UX excellence

•Profound knowledge in user marketing, digital marketing, campaign operation, portfolio mgmt., rollouts of digital solutions, Strategy definition/implementation

•Excellent English language skills & market insight

•Fluent in Turkish (native speaker is preferred)

•Base in Shanghai, willing to take business trips to Türkiye

•Strong cross-cultural business communication skills
