Strategy and Operations Manager, Analytics, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience in analytics, program management, management consulting, or operations. + Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL or other similar analytical tools. Preferred qualifications: + MBA or Master's degree. + Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams. + Ability to successfully navigate and influence personalities within a business environment. + Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, including experience in executing cross-functional and operational initiatives. + Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. In this role, you will combine quantitative, analytics with business acumen to identify business trends and opportunities, design optimal business workflows, drive internal tools development, and introduce innovative capabilities leveraging our Data Scientists and Engineering teams. You work cross-functionally, partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute strategy. You will have direct access to senior executives and be recognized as a trusted advisor by partner teams. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. + Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Sales teams to implement changes to business workflows and systems. + Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to support strategy for the business function. + Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner teams, addressing concerns and removing roadblocks to drive projects forward. + Analyze operational metrics to anticipate and mitigate performance issues.
