The Role
Are you a data science geek with a passion for learning and solving complex business challenges? Our Data Analytics team supports operational improvement and business decision-making through ad-hoc statistical analysis of curated enterprise data and self-constructed data sets.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to support business partners by leveraging analytical insights to drive strategic initiatives.
Analyze, clean, and model data to uncover trends, optimize decision-making, and support key business objectives.
Create clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and support stakeholders in making informed decisions.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and end-user deliverables, ensuring alignment between data insights and business goals.
Perform coding, statistical modeling, and BI analysis to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) while identifying and resolving data integrity issues to maintain accuracy and reliability.
Manage multiple priorities, seamlessly shifting between ongoing projects, high-priority assignments, and ad hoc requests as business needs evolve.
Present insights through compelling storytelling, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy and execution.
Continuously seek process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.
Additional Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
5-7+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Experience in data cleaning, transformation, statistical modeling, and identifying trends to support business objectives. Demonstrates a strong sense of data curiosity—proactively exploring data, asking insightful questions, and uncovering meaningful patterns and opportunities.
Programming: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data; experience with Python or R for analytics and modeling.
Business Intelligence & Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create dashboards and reports.
KPI Management & Data Integrity: Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Business Alignment: Strong understanding of how data-driven insights impact strategy, operations, and decision-making.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving business needs.
