This is an opportunity to work on one of the businesses largest accounts, with exposure to over 40 markets, making it a dynamic and diverse role. We are looking for someone to come in and make an impact – working closely with our Strategy Lead, Global Team and local Strategists to ensure global governance is being upheld, spot opportunities to improve performance, highlighting strong results across markets and up to Global PMI, supporting our markets with guidance, creating and feeding into toolkits and guidebooks, work on thought leadership, as well as making suggestions for better and stronger strategic output from the regional to the global level.   This position will suit someone that can zoom out and look at the bigger picture of what is and isn’t working, then sharing that information across relevant markets to help support improvement in global performance. They will need to be able to understand a complex market in a highly restricted industry, across multiple products and regulations. They need to be excited to work with a wide range of data, have very strong attention to detail, and be able to articulate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way. The role has immense potential for a passionate strategist to really own the strategic output of a large global account. Fundamentally, a love of data, curiosity and the desire to learn a lot in a short space of time will lead to success and opportunities in this role. **Responsibilities** + Being the point of contact for all our global strategists + Lead and orchestrate recommendations to the client for media-driven performance + Lead insights and analysis on Global reports with the support of our Data team and Account Manager + Highlighting key learnings to Global PMI + Overseeing all strategic action plans and outputs + Leading the strategic input on global toolkits and guidebooks + Creation of thought leadership with the support of the Strategy Lead + Identify and build strong relationships with PMI counterparts + Collaborate with internal teams on improvements and opportunities for better ways of working + Keeping on top of industry trends + Responsible for working with broader Publicis teams on the development and rollout of global tools and approaches that support strategic planning and delivery **Qualifications** + Extensive experience in a media or strategy role (either agency or client side) + Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint skills + A strong presenter, confident and collected + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Naturally interested in people and what makes them tick, how to influence them, think laterally, problem solve and ask questions + Strong analytical skills + Fluent in English + Willingness to travel should it be required for workshops or sessions with local markets + Basic familiarity with the Marketing Mix Modelling and other predictive or analytic methodologies + Familiar with FMCG and restricted category clients + Pitching experience + Fast learner + Strong account management skills – able to handle client demands, prioritise and pushback as required + Keen to take on challenges **Additional information** **Zenith International** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
