UC Health is hiring a Full Time Strategy & Business Development Analyst The Analyst, Strategy & Business Development will support the Strategy & Business Development Team and UC Health leadership in the development of business plans, leveraging financial, market, and operational data. The Analyst is responsible for being a subject matter expert in both internal and external data, including but not limited to financial and operational scenario assessments. The Analyst will use strong analytical thinking capability, excellent organizational skills, progressive knowledge and demonstrated use of business analysis methodologies. The Analyst is expected to communicate effectively with leadership and build rapport with internal stakeholders. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and a high level of productivity.
