The Strategy and Business Operations team is a high-performance team critical to success for Salesforce. We are the source of growth, passion and drive for the Salesforce EMEA South business covering the markets in Iberia.
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Snr Manager/Director for our Iberia Business (located out of Madrid) to drive the next chapter in our growing market and act as trusted advisor for the SVP Iberia Sales and the leadership team. The role will be supporting the SVP of Sales in Iberia and will be reporting into the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations EMEA South.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
(i) Partnering with Snr Sales and COO Leadership of EMEA South to drive and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendation
(ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews etc)
(iii) Defining and implementing the right go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount, Quotas)
(iv) Delivering strategic projects to improve the business in the long-term
(V) Working to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements
(vi) Ensuring that the business follows defined procedures and comply with quality requirements
The work is sustained on a vast amount of sales data captured by the Salesforce Platform and discussions with key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical & problem solving skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
