The role will support the development of Home Hardware’s long-term strategy and help guide strategic planning and decision-making processes. Led by the Chief Legal Officer this opportunity will suit someone who has experience collecting and analyzing insights as well as strong presentation skills.   Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:Support the development and implementation of corporate and business unit strategies to achieve organizational goals.Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.Assist in the formulation of long-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps.Work with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and recommend solutions.Monitor industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities.Synthesize complex data and research into actionable insights and recommendations leveraging standard and emerging technologies including machine learning, data visualization software and AI.Stay informed on competitor strategies and activities, preparing comparative analyses where necessary.Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.Ensure all deliverables are visually engaging, data-driven, and align with the organization’s messaging and objectives.Translate complex analyses into simple, impactful narratives for a diverse audience.Assist in setting performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, identifying potential adjustments as needed.Support the development of tools and frameworks to track industry dynamics and organizational performance. We’re looking for: Diploma in Business Administration/ Commerce with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy and business development at a strategy consulting firm or large company.  Ability to collect, analyze and gather insights from a variety of data sources, including through use and coding of artificial intelligence.Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
