Strategy Consultant (Customer experience management (CXM)

As a Strategy consultant, you are responsible for the development of digital business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives. You take on the strategic development of national and international clients and develop concrete recommendations for how to better service our clients' customers.

You will work on a broad spectrum of strategy projects – covering areas such as CRM, ecommerce, marketing automation, operating models, business transformation and change management. At the core of everything we do lies a commitment to a customer centric mindset. You are an expert in consulting our clients during all phases of the projects: from defining the project scope, to conducting research, developing strategies and roadmaps.

Some of your responsibilities:

Support and help to drive interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and confidence to the customer's benefit.Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in digital transformation - you fill this scope with joy and great professional confidence.Together with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you continuously develop our business consulting services.Participate in deliver several strategy engagements for our clients.Strengthen client relationships and enhance satisfaction through well thought out and professional recommendations.Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders especially within Commercial, Growth and CX.Be a highly considered colleague within Consulting and across Merkle Practices.
