**Company description** **Strategy Director** _At Publicis Group Denmark_ _we’re_ _looking for a Strategic Director to_ _oversee_ _our strategic efforts across all business lines_ _, and to help build long-lasting client relationships_ _._ **The Role** The Strategy Director at Publicis Groupe Denmark is a central role to the organization, who works across all of our three business units´; Media, Creative and Intelligence, and crafts integrated strategies essential to making Publicis a trusted business partner to our clients. You effectively utilize your experience, knowledge, and skills to push strategic thinking while balancing client and team needs, by identifying key insights based on client briefs. With your expertise, you will build long-term client relationships and elevate the strategic offering of the organization. You will represent the Power of One approach creating propositions spanning both media and creative disciplines in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You create alignment between insight- and strategy, support in building consistent and efficient processes and and advise on how the strategy is best executed in a consistent and coherent way across activities and channels, maximizing effect. As Strategy Director you will also play a crucial role in acquiring new business through close collaboration with our New Business resources. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work to make sure we win, keep and grow business across all three business lines. To be successful in this role you need to have a proven ability to connect big-picture strategy with execution, delivering innovative solutions, which drive measurable results for clients. You know how to transform insights and data, into understandable and valuable advice to both client leads and clients. **Key** **R** **esponsibilities** + Develop and overseeholisticstrategiesthatalignCreative,Media and Intelligenceapproaches to meetbusiness targets, clientobjectives and market developments. + Collaborate with Client Leads and Global Strategy Leads to ensure the quality of our strategic output on our current clients by implementing the use of global frameworks, processes, models, tools and products locally. + Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor and strengthen our position as a strategic partner. + Act as a driving force in winning new business, ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work into pitches to ensure we win new business. + By analyzingmarket trends, audienceinsights, and performancemetrics design, package and promote services/communication solutions and ways of working (Power of One) that drives client value, increases retention and provides business growth for us as a group. + Partner withcreative teams, and accountleads to ensureseamless integration acrossprojects. + Promote an innovative cultureacross the organisation to deliverground-breaking solutions. + Inspire and coach internal teams and ensure they are trained in the network’s strategic frameworks, models, processes and tools. + Strengthen our market position throughthought leadership pieces, PR, seminars, strategic partnerships, newsletters etc. + Be a key player internally when it comes to creating award winning work. Support agency teams in compiling agency submissions to industry awards. **Your Profile** You are the piece connecting all the pieces – people count on you to add value to any strategic or creative argument. You are an expert on all aspects of media and creative strategy and aware of all the latest trends and developments. **Skills** **:** + +8 years of agency experience. Proven experience in a senior strategy role, ideally within both media and creative agencies. + Well-versed in media planning, creative developmentand brand storytelling. + Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic direction. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Confident in challenging client objectives and strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. + Not afraid to challenge clients in their objectives and strategies to deliver the best output + Proven ability to write case studiesthat are engaging. + You have a history of successful team leadership and client relationship management, demonstrating both strategic acumen and interpersonal excellence. **Is this the job for you** We will be hosting interviews continuously, so please do not hesitate to apply.
