The Chief Business Office oversees business operations across State Street Global Technology Services (GTS). This Assistant Vice President role sits within the Strategy team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy (MD level). The key priority for the team will be to establish strategy framework, drive the strategic planning process for GTS, track execution of technology strategy, communicate the benefit and impact of technology investment, and offer key insights to the senior leadership team on the execution of the overall strategic initiatives of the portfolio.
This position will be located in Quincy, MA (Red Line accessible). The role is hybrid, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Strategy Execution Lead you will:
Participate in the strategic planning process to develop business unit strategy on both a multi-year and periodic basis in support of the company and individual business unit strategic plansSupport development and use of standard operating model of developing strategy and tracking execution across the various functional units within GTSCollaborate and communicate effectively with multiple teams and executivesSupport the Head of Strategy to drive communication and engagement across GTS leadershipProvide consultancy services to help improve the articulation and communication of our strategic plans with the wider stakeholder areas both external and internal to technology

Education & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Related experience within the financial services industryStrategy consulting experience within software, technology, and / or ITProject management and change management experienceExpertise in Power BISalary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
