Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for leading diverse functions across a broad range of strategic functions. Key responsibilities include consulting with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many associates and assisting with the execution of key strategic initiatives. Job expectations include having knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures and financial and accounting practices. **Responsibilities:** + Provides insightful analytics to promote business optimization and informed decision-making + Leads routine reporting processes to deliver timely data to decision makers + Identifies and develops new methodologies for report production and delivery, while leveraging the latest reporting technology + Participates in the business and strategic planning process, while developing and leveraging business acumen to inform decisions across sub-Lines of Business, including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership + Participate in routine reporting processes to deliver timely data to decision makers + Provide a data-driven understanding of the current business model and end-to-end process performance, identify and prioritize problems/opportunities, determine if existing or new solutions or business models are capable of solving the problem/opportunity, and build business cases that represent the cost/benefit of implementing the recommendations. + Develop an understanding of the strategic priorities within the business or function, the strategic roadmaps, and key problems/opportunities. + Define the business problems/opportunities and prioritize the underlying root causes that should be addressed. + Evaluate root causes and participate in solution design sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. + Identify and understand existing capabilities or platforms within the firm that may be relevant to the strategic priorities and the key problems/opportunities.
