Job Description The Strategic Planning, Integration & CIO Priorities Execution Partner plays a central role in driving IT’s strategic direction by translating the CIO’s vision into actionable plans, integrating cross-enterprise priorities, and ensuring execution across Globe, ISG, and Singtel Group affiliates.This role is responsible for leading the formulation and refresh of ISG’s multi-year strategy, orchestrating the planning calendar, and ensuring alignment across enterprise initiatives. It also acts as a key execution partner for the CIO, driving high-priority programs and delivering the strategic content and insights needed to support critical engagements — from board briefings to cross-functional steering committees.
With deep visibility across ISG and Globe’s transformation agenda, the role ensures strategy is not just well-defined but actively lived through cross-functional alignment, structured tracking, and focused execution support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning and Strategy Map Execution
Lead the development and refresh of the ISG multi-year strategy, ensuring coherence with Globe and Singtel Group priorities.
Translate the CIO’s vision into a clear strategy map, with defined focus areas, execution shifts, and success metrics.
Orchestrate the strategic planning cycle, including annual business planning, quarterly strategy reviews, and strategy deep dives.
2. Strategy Integration Across Globe & Affiliates
Align ISG strategies with business unit and enabling unit plans, surfacing interdependencies and shared goals.
Drive integration with Singtel Group-wide transformation programs, facilitating cross-affiliate strategic interlocks.
Ensure IT’s value in business transformation is clearly reflected and reinforced across enterprise-level roadmaps.
3. Execution Partner for CIO Priorities
Drive the mobilization, tracking, and resolution of flagship programs directly sponsored by the CIO.
Serve as a program integrator for high-impact, cross-ISG initiatives that require senior oversight and fast cycle time.
Escalate roadblocks and propose course corrections to maintain momentum across priority programs.
4. Strategic Communications and Executive Support
Develop strategic briefings, updates, and storytelling content for the CIO, including board decks, Telco Mancom presentations, and enterprise-wide strategy narratives.
Ensure consistency in CIO messaging across all executive touchpoints and external engagements.
Provide framing support for emerging topics requiring CIO focus or response.
5. Strategic Tracking & Calendar Orchestration
Maintain a master calendar of strategic planning, alignment, and review milestones.
Own the tracking of ISG’s contribution to enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with overall Globe objectives.
Synthesize strategic progress reports and insights for quarterly and ad hoc reviews.

Timeliness and quality of ISG Strategic Plan delivery
% of enterprise strategies with integrated ISG contributions
Execution rate of CIO-priority initiatives (on-time, on-value delivery)
Feedback score from CIO and Mancom on briefings and strategic support

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience
Minimum 8–12 years in strategy, business planning, transformation, or enterprise program management roles
Proven track record in strategic planning and leadership-level decision support
Experience in multi-entity or group-level coordination (e.g., across affiliates, BUs, or holding companies)
Exposure to working directly with C-level executives and facilitating strategic reviews
Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation (preferred)
Level of Knowledge
Strategic planning processes and frameworks (BSC, OKRs, strategic maps)
Program tracking and strategic initiative dashboards
Enterprise operating models and transformation governance
Understanding of telco industry trends and technology landscapes
Deep familiarity with cross-functional planning and executive engagement practices
