Equifax Workforce Solutions is hiring a seasoned professional to manage, track, and report on Data & Analytics programs and initiatives. This role requires facilitating Agile planning and execution, and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in project and program management.
What you'll do:
Drive Agile excellence: Serving as scrum master to several teams, you will facilitate the D&A organization's Agile planning and execution program, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
Accelerate project delivery: Implement strategies to optimize project timelines, increase transparency, and maximize efficiency.
Lead strategic initiatives: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop frameworks: Create and maintain comprehensive project management frameworks, processes, and templates.
Enhance organizational operations: Collaborate with analysts and managers to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Report progress: Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (OKRs) to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
What experience you need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Certification in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project/program management credentials.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
Willingness to travel up to 1%.
