The Strategy and Foresights role supports the development of enterprise and functional strategies and plans. This position utilizes competitive, financial, and market insights to form competitive and environmental scenarios that inform strategy development. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategy and innovation frameworks to guide and coordinate cross-functional innovation efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking within the organization. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and fostering a forward-thinking, collaborative culture.
Key Functions:
Develop and refine strategic and business plans to support organizational objectives and drive growth across the credit union Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure functional strategies and operational plans are aligned with strategic goals. Use strategic foresight methodologies to combine market research and competitive analysis to create and maintain relevant environmental scenarios. Develop and champion an innovation framework to guide and coordinate cross-functional innovation efforts Provide strategic insights and what-if scenario recommendations, shaping high-level decision-making on key strategic issues Develop business cases to evaluate business impact, strategic opportunities, and strategic options analysis to inform decision-making Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and ambidextrous leadership in proactively identifying and solving challenging strategic issues.Skills:
