About the Role

Responsible for managing the timely and efficient production of performance reporting requirements of Agency Channel for Group Office and in providing analytics studies and data modeling support for critical programs and initiatives of Agency.

Manage the timely and efficient production of regular reporting requirements of Agency Channel to Group Office stakeholders (monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports).Provide relevant and in-depth analysis and insight on reports prepared that will help in decision-making for sales opportunities and designing tactical initiatives.Provide support in developing sound and accurate data models and projections for critical programs and initiatives of Agency that will aid in ensuring design of programs are aligned with agency’s short-term and long-term goals.Provide analytics support in the annual strategic planning requirements of Agency.Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders as required.Develop efficiencies in data management and channel performance reporting.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
