We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Strategy Implementation Manager to join our ELEVATE steering and implementation team –  Allianz Partners’ strategy aiming at accelerating the transformation by radically re-thinking core processes, boosting growth and delivering as one global team. In this strategic position you will drive, steer and track the implementation of strategy and transformation projects, and facilitate the radical rethinking of our core processes.

What you do

Strategic Program Leadership: Strategically manage and steer the ELEVATE program, ensuring seamless alignment with Allianz Partners' evolution. Master the program’s vision, objectives, and milestones to drive comprehensive organizational change and operational excellence. Drive the radical rethinking of our core processes jointly with the product owners, internal SMEs and external partners to deliver rapid productivity improvement. Strategic and Financial Analysis: Perform detailed strategic and financial analyses of key strategic initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations that guide critical decision-making at board and senior management level. Risk Management and Strategy Development: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks associated with the Strategic projects. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to navigate potential challenges.  Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the Strategy implementation progress, maintaining transparency around implementation status, impact assessment, risks, and mitigation actions. Utilize these insights to enable effective steering, and adjust strategies as needed.

What you bring

2-3 years of work experience in consulting (management consulting, an internal strategy department or an management consulting) or as a project/ program manager in a corporate environment. Proven experience in large project management with delivery responsibilties. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated on senior management level Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. High Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
