Job Description Accountable for defining and overseeing the execution of the Technology Strategies in partnership with the CTIO/ISG Leadership Team. In addition, this role is responsible for leading the change management to ensure the organization adopts and adapts to the new strategic changes.

Drives the analysis of markets, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation or improvement to existing ones. He/She will use their findings to inform the portfolio and capabilities management as well as update the roadmap. 

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new strategies and systems, driving growth and innovation, digitalization and automation of network aacross the organization.
