Job Description The Brand Strategy & Integration Manager is responsible for developing, aligning, and executing long-term strategic initiatives that drive brand positioning, business growth, operational efficiency, and market differentiation. This role acts as the central integration point for strategy execution, ensuring that business objectives are effectively tracked, measured, and optimized across all functions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:
1. Strategic Planning, Execution Monitoring & Business Alignment
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand goals, and market positioning strategies.
- Own and maintain the company’s "single source of truth" for strategic tracking, ensuring accurate, real-time, and accessible performance data as well as handling and thorough forecasting of of the Platinum budget.
- Align business functions, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to strategic imperatives, ensuring that all teams work toward unified objectives.
- Act as the central integration point for strategy execution, identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Establish governance structures to maintain accountability and transparency in strategic execution across all business units.
2. Brand Strategy, Thematic Campaigns & Market Positioning
- Develop and oversee thematic brand campaigns that reinforce the brand's equity, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and CX teams to ensure that all brand-building campaigns align with strategic business objectives.
- Own the development of high-impact storytelling initiatives that deepen customer affinity and reinforce brand purpose.
- Analyze and interpret consumer behavior, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to refine brand strategies.
- Ensure that all campaigns and brand initiatives reflect the company’s strategic vision, reinforce differentiation, and drive customer loyalty.
3. Business Performance Tracking, Storytelling & Decision Support
- Build and manage comprehensive business dashboards, tracking financial, operational, and strategic KPIs to measure performance and guide decision-making.
- Manages the Platinum Brand Profit and Loss statement, ensuring financial accuracy and data validation for total Postpaid financials.
- Transform complex data into compelling business narratives, ensuring that insights are actionable and drive clear, strategic decisions.
- Develop and deliver high-impact, story-driven presentations to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure that business insights are effectively cascaded across departments, ensuring alignment with execution priorities.
- Leads business reviews, handling weekly dashboards, monthly brand reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Continuously refine reporting structures and business intelligence tools, ensuring leadership teams have access to real-time, data-driven decision support.
4. Cross-Departmental Integration & Optimization
- Facilitate the seamless adoption of strategic initiatives, ensuring that teams remain aligned with business priorities and long-term goals.
- Own and oversee the strategic cadence of business updates, ensuring that teams receive timely insights and adjust execution accordingly.
- Manages data integration from various sources for quality, consistency, and accessibility for analytics and decision-making.
- Act as a thought leader, synthesizing market trends, internal data, and business performance insights to drive business transformation.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution realities.
- Identify process inefficiencies, misalignment risks, and operational challenges, proactively developing solutions to enhance business integration efforts.
