This high impact position will actively contribute to the global long-term strategy of an organization with ~$3.9B worldwide sales in 2023. As a business and company, we strive to impact patient care and improve patient lives. The work this team does has a direct link to that patient impact.


How you will make an impact:

Lead design and execution of the annual strategic planning process while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standardsDevelop impactful presentations to communicate business strategies to Board of Directors, Investors, and other key internal and external stakeholdersSupport content to drive strategic discussions and facilitate key business strategy decisions at leadership and executive level meetingsProvide direction and guidance to smaller project teams to address key strategic challenges and opportunities. Evaluate local markets (e.g. regulatory, market access, business challenges) on BU therapiesCollaborate across functions, regions, and BUs to deliver an actionable strategic planDevelop strategic and tactical business plans to drive short term execution and prioritization in partnership directly with global and cross functional teamsOther incidental duties (e.g. Foster effective internal relationships within organizations)


What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 8 years of related work experience Required ORMaster's Degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of related experience3 years of direct experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, or marketing and sales Required

For California, the base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 (highly experienced).
