Strategy Manager

Job Description The strategy manager will drive the analysis of markets, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones. He/she will use their findings to create recommendations that inform the product strategy and roadmaps.

Market Analysis

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the telecommunications industry.

Product Performance Evaluation:

 Analyze the performance of existing telco products, including revenue, customer adoption, and market share & Identify key drivers and inhibitors of product success.

Strategy Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute insights for the development and refinement of product strategies.

Drive the definition of  product roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives.

Competitor Benchmarking

Monitor and analyze the product offerings of competitors within the telco & tech industry.

Provide insights on competitive positioning and differentiation.

Customer Insights:

 Work closely with external teams to gather insights into customer preferences, needs, and feedback &  utilize customer data to inform product improvements and innovations.

Strategic Recommendations

Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance, market positioning, and overall profitability.

Data Visualization & Storytelling 

Develop and present visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights, utilizing data visualization tools for effective communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Data Science. 

At least 5 years of experience in market research, product management, or a related field within the telecommunications or tech industry

Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Strong understanding of telco and tech products, services, and technologies.

Working knowledge of competitor analysis frameworks
