Job Description The Strategy Manager will lead the strategy execution management function of the Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) team of B2B. This involves managing the portfolio of major projects under the B2B business. In addition, the Strategy Manager will work with the Head of SIA in business planning, preparing governance presentations and conducting ad hoc studies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Execution
Prepare and co-host project identification workshops
Drive project governance meetings in the B2B business
Lead discussions with the representatives of different divisions in B2B to ensure that project trackers are updated
Actively drive and support division representatives in properly documenting the progress of projects and preparing for project governance meetings
Manage the portfolio of major B2B projects, which includes prioritizing projects, identifying interdependencies alongside division representatives, monitoring project portfolio risks and providing project portfolio updates to the Head of SIA and other key management members
Strategy / business planning and intelligence studies
Work with the Head of SIA in preparing for business planning sessions and developing the overall strategy and plans for the B2B business
Prepare ad hoc studies that can include market research and studies for special topics
Co-prepare governance presentations
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 or more years in experience in a project management-related or strategy-related role
Has the ability to manage stakeholders (including management)
Ideally, a candidate who has a proven track record in project governance and management
An intermediate level of knowledge in financial analysis is an advantage A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related degree is a minimum and a Masters’ degree in any business-related degree is an advantage
