Job Description Center of Excellence for TM brand, business, & customer understanding; influences overall strategy to make TM more future-proof

JOB DESCRIPTION

Identifies key issues and opportunities in the short-term horizon
a. Provides the weekly dashboard output to cull out key drivers
based on overall business KPIs/metrics performance vs budget &
previous year
b. Provides recommendations based on key insights and analysis
from the weekly dashboard
c. Ensures that the reports are accurate and timely. Drives
resolution of any issues with the support groups.

Identifies key issues and opportunities in the mid-term horizon
a. Works on the monthly MOR to cull out key drivers based on
overall business KPIs/metrics performance vs budget & previous
year

b. Provides recommendations based on key insights and analysis
from previous month’s performance

Ensures A&P budget sufficiency for key brand activities

Participates in the formulation of the brand proposition (ie: refresh or thematic campaigns)a. Initiates and/or participates in market research programs/activities (Vector, FGDs, IDIs)

b. Plans and executes GTM for any refresh or thematic campaigns
i. Builds the communication brief
ii. Executes GTM in all channels: ATL, Digital, BTL and Trade

Determines insights, gaps, issues and opportunities based on various sources (trade, market research, internal and external data) relevant to the Educ to Value segment. Recommends strategies and action steps based on these findings.
