About the opportunity  

The Enterprise Strategy team drives the delivery of Australia Post’s Post26 enterprise strategy and supports the Business Units on major initiatives, strategy, and planning to deliver organisational transformation. The team develops strategic initiatives, builds strategic capabilities across Australia Post, and provides enterprise leadership in strategic thinking. The team also supports and manages the corporate planning processes, reports on execution, and prioritises corporate programs of work in collaboration with Finance and the Post26 Transformation office. 


What you’ll deliver with us  

Supporting the General Manager of Enterprise Strategy in addressing enterprise-wide strategic issues (ambiguous, complex, long-term, cross-business) and developing implementation roadmapsDeveloping and leading program workstreams including analysis planning and timing; andEngaging with multiple stakeholders across various levels (e.g. Head of, General Manager,  and Executive GM) of the organisation to drive strategic decision-making and outcomesAddress enterprise-wide and business-unit strategic issues within cross-functional teamsIdentify and frame specific problems for the business, structure the problem and identify and conduct the right analyses to solve the problem

 

About you 

Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fieldAble to frame and structure problems, and undertake quantitative & financial business analysis, extracting insights, particularly in areas of ambiguityeCommerce, parcel / postal services, logistics, retail, financial services, government services, or digital services industry knowledge viewed favourably but not essentialStrong written/verbal communication skills
