The Strategy and Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategy formulation and implementation as well as supporting business development activities for Carl Zeiss China. He or she will work as a Project Management Office (PMO) in multiple strategic and operational projects. He or she will also be involved in supporting Carl Zeiss China M&A deal execution and Post Merger Integration (PMI) activities.

4-6 years of experiences in leading management consulting firms and/or corporate strategy rolesExcellent strategic planning skills with proven track record of developing complex and compre-hensive strategic framework and content.Track record and excellenct skills in market research and market intelligence developmentExperiences in Mergers and Acquisition is a plusIndustry experience of industrial products is strongly preferredFluent English Speaker
