**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Strategy Manager will serve as a key member of the Leadership Team. He/she will be responsible for a broad range of activities including project management, communications and talent initiatives to help ensure business objectives are achieved and will need to possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational skills and will have a proven record of excellence, operating independently and thriving within a high performing team environment. The ideal candidate should be a mature and self-aware communicator who can effectively influence at all levels of management, multitask, and prioritize as business needs evolve.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with the creation and execution of strategies, processes, initiatives, and goals.
+ Lead leadership team meetings, strategic planning sessions and department town halls.
+ Create impactful internal communications, including memos & key announcements.
+ Develop robust presentations for executive meetings.
+ Balance the management of core day-to-day business priorities with long-term strategic deliverables.
+ Work closely with the MCOs team on Annual Planning and capacity planning.
+ Manage and coordinate multiple project work streams.
+ Lead colleague engagement initiative and talent management processes across the department.
+ Engage and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders including CEG, Finance, Technologies & Corporate Communications.
+ Managing large scale budgets and department travel strategy
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Highly motivated self-starter who can provide strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance, ideally with global experience as well as a high degree of cultural awareness.
+ Strong communicator with a composed and confident presence who can effectively influence and prioritize as business needs evolve; excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Strong project management, organization and planning skills and the ability to apply them in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
+ Ability to break-down a complex problems and leverage data analytics to drive outcomes.
+ Ability to drive results in a complex, matrixed environment, and lead through persuasion and expertise with limited direct authority.
+ Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
+ Strong executive presence with ability to effectively build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate across a diverse set of Blue Box constituents and markets.
+ Passion for being a part of a diverse, global team operating in a dynamic environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ University degree or equivalent required; MBA or other Master’s degree preferred.
