About the Role:
The Strategy Consultant will work closely with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights, analysis,
and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. This person will gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to support the organization’s long-term
objectives and goals.
Market Research & Analysis: gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, and present findings that inform strategic decisions.
Data Analysis & Modeling: analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, trends, and forecasts. Build and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.
Strategic Planning: assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and long-term goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with strategic goals.
Project Management: lead or support strategic initiatives and projects from inception to completion. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance targets are met.
Presentation & Communication: prepare clear and compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across all levels.
What you can bring to this role:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex data and make actionable recommendations.
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments.
Prior experience in a consulting or strategic role within mining/metals/commodities and energy
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Fluency in languages: Advanced English in writing and communication
