Strategy ManagerLocation: Paddington + Hybrid Working
As part of the newly formed Global Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions team, you'll drive high-impact initiatives across business intelligence, acquisitions, performance management, and strategic projects, all with a focus on pet-parents. You'll analyse market trends and assess our position against industry leaders, identify and evaluate investment opportunities for strategic growth, enhance operational excellence to meet key business prioritise, and lead initiatives in new market development, innovation, and sustainability.
You’ll be playing a key role in advancing our capabilities and shaping the future of our global business.
What are we looking for?Experience in a global CPG business or consulting firm with a focus on the Consumer sector.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data, including large datasets (e.g., Nielsen).Proficient in analysing financial statements and conducting quantitative analyses.Excellent qualitative research skills, with experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) brand diligence (growth potential, channel strategy, supply chain, financial robustness) a plus.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence and build relationships across teams.What will be your key responsibilities?Organic growth strategy projects: You will be the go-to person when it comes to providing the team and other leaders in the company an understanding of the market landscape, assessing our company's position relative to major industry players, and combining quantitative analyses with qualitative insights to support decision making in the organization.
