Description: **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping Holcim’s strategic direction in North America. This position will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Building Materials North America, the Executive Committee, and cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy, the Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Develop and refine Holcim’s corporate and business segment strategies in alignment with overall company objectives. + Conduct in-depth market analysis to evaluate the attractiveness of specific markets, business segments, and strategic initiatives. + Build compelling business cases with clear recommendations for investment or optimization opportunities. + Monitor and support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Manage multiple high-impact strategy projects simultaneously, driving them to successful completion. + Prepare polished, executive-level presentations and strategic reports for C-suite stakeholders. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. + Other duties as assigned **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Bachelor's degree **Additional Education Preferred:** Master's degree **Field of Study Preferred:** Business, Finance or Engineering. **Required Work Experience:** 6+ years of working experience. 4+ years of experience in strategy roles (e.g., corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or similar) **Required Technical Skills:** Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) **Travel Requirements:** 20% Additional Requirements: + Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex challenges and identify strategic opportunities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. + Ability to influence, challenge assumptions, and negotiate effectively. + Ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization with a wide variety of stakeholders. + Strong analytical skills, including experience working with and interpreting large datasets. + Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. + Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating across teams. + Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
